Tucked away in a picturesque corner of Toronto, West Park Healthcare has provided specialized, nurturing rehabilitation, and complex continuing and long-term care for over a century. With a ground breaking, world-class campus redevelopment program underway, the goal was to realign and reenergize the brand to match its vision for the future.
Long considered a “hidden gem”, West Park wanted to raise its profile and tell a story that resonated strongly with its audiences. Building off the brand strategy and positioning established by Level 5, including the new tagline “Get your life back”, we developed a brand launch plan to engage internal stakeholders, reshaping West Park’s new brand from the inside out.
An updated identity program was then created as a visual demonstration of West Park’s messaging and bold new attitude. The visual identity aligns with the hospital’s new brand strategy of “Nurturing Care” – helping to encourage staff to embrace and rally around it.
