Trillium Health Partners Foundation is the amalgamation of The Trillium Health Centre Foundation and The Credit Valley Hospital Foundation, and was formed to raise funds that will support pan-hospital as well as site specific initiatives. We worked with the Foundation and its related hospitals to establish a new brand architecture and identity that connects the Foundation with Trillium Health Partners, provides clarity around the offering and builds a structure to accommodate future opportunities.
Through an extensive engagement process with key stakeholders, it was determined that a single brand identity derived from the Trillium Health Partners logo would best serve the Foundation’s needs going forward. We developed the brand story – Delivering Better Healthcare Together – that will be used as the foundation for the numerous communications pieces required going forward.
